A few days\nago, the Institut Catal\u00e0 del Peu carried out a skeletal muscle biomechanical\nanalysis to the weightlifting athlete Yosua Fern\u00e1ndez, in order to improve his\nsporting performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yosua has\nbeen competing for 18 years as a professional athlete and he   also\nhas been a national trainer for 10 years. Regarding his professional success,\nwe have to highlight that he has been the provincial and national champion\nduring the last 9 years in a row, and, nowadays he is the first in the absolute\nCatalonia\u2019s Championship, in the Catalonia\u2019s Cup and besides, in the\nCatalonia\u2019s Championship of clubs. In reference to Spain, he was placed third\nthis year in the absolute Spain\u2019s Championship and also in the Spain\u2019s\nChampionship of clubs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We wish that Yosua will go on with this excellent list of achievements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
